The tube conveyor can also be called screw feeder. The feeding port of the tubular conveyor is a feeding port or a feeding bin at the feeding end, while the grooved screw conveyor changes part of the pipe body to the groove type. The difference between the two types of conveyors is that the conveying capacity of the tubular conveyor is slightly smaller and the conveying distance is shorter than that of the trough conveyor, the feeding amount is also different, The feeding amount of tubular conveyor is less than that of trough conveyor.

1. According to the size of the cable transported, adjust the height of the front and rear supporting rollers of the cable conveyor to hold the cable. When adjusting, loosen the hand screw, move the height of the tugboat up and down, and then tighten the hand screw.

2. According to the size of the cable to be transported, use the handle to loosen the elastic screw rod in the anti clockwise direction to loosen the rubber track in place, so as to put in the required cable.

3. Before using the conveyor, it is necessary to comprehensively check whether the connecting bolts and nuts of each part are loose. If it is loose, it is necessary to tighten it, and check whether the lubricating grease on the open gear is lubricated in place, and timely apply grease to check the lifting condition of the supporting wheel. After adjusting the cable conveyor, fix the whole machine, and then run the cable conveyor for five minutes without load, so as to check the working condition of the whole machine.

4. The single cable conveyor needs to be fixed on the ground, adjust the height of the supporting roller, loosen the rubber track, put the cable into the rubber track, turn the elastic screw rod clockwise to clamp the cable, start the motor, and then the cable conveyor can transport.

5. Due to the heavy weight of large cross-section cables, it is difficult to meet the construction requirements for single machine operation. In this case, multiple cable conveyors should be used in series with the cooperation of the tractor.

(1) When the cable enters the first cable conveyor under the traction of the tractor, the traction is stopped, the cable is clamped between rubber tracks, and then the tractor and cable conveyor are started at the same time.

(2) When the cable enters the second cable conveyor, stop traction, clamp the cable between rubber tracks, and then start the tractor and two cable conveyors.

(3) When the cable enters the third conveyor, stop traction, clamp the cable between rubber tracks, and then start the tractor and the three cable conveyors.

(4) Repeat the above action until the cable enters the last cable conveyor. At this time, the drag and drop construction of the whole line cable can be carried out. In order to ensure the synchronous operation of each machine, the user needs to configure corresponding synchronous power control cabinet according to the specific construction scheme. The synchronous power control cabinet is divided into general control box and sub control box. One main control box can control ten sub control boxes, and one sub control box controls a cable conveyor. In order to facilitate users' use, each control box has enough power sockets to facilitate the main control box, sub control box and cable transmission In order to ensure the safe use of the control system, the stop switch set on each sub control box and main control box can make the whole line drag and drop to stop operation, so as to achieve the safety principle of sub control and total stop.
